I got this driver from a link to rockwell's driver page. It took me to Conexant site. There you will search for other os platform drivers if you need them. On installing driver, win98se said that no driver found in unzipped location...hit back button and told it 'had disk' and hit browse and went to unzipped files and told it to install the 1st generic modem driver..win98se said not specifically written for modem, but I said to install anyway....Worked like a charm...can check under modem diagnostics!! Yippee..still hate rockwell modems!! Conexant site is

Mine was HCF generic pci for win9X.
