PC Tel PCtel HSP Modem Communication Port Driver. After many installed (and hours), and removed drivers for this modem, this works for me. Found at modems.rosenet.net/or/. Listed as PCtel 7.64-9MF-s. Files name is Pt764-9.exe. Enjoy.
