Motorola sm56pci Driver. you may have some trouble with the smsrl.sys, if you do readthe following.
File Contents: download the win2k driver and unzip files. in win 2k goto the winnt\inf folder, search for files containing "sm56", i think the file is called oem0.inf, take a copy of this file and delete i from the inf folder, next copy your win2k driver *.inf file to the winnt\inf folder. goto device manager and remove the modem, then scan for hardware changes. the modem will begin to install, point the installation to the unzipped directory. this time u will not be promted for the smsrl.inf file, instead the win2k driver u have unziped will be installed.
