D-Link Systems DME-560CT Lan/Modem combo Driver. According to several D-Link sites, the DME-560CT and DME-560T both use the same driver. The readme.txt files may refer only to DME-560T but this is the correct driver for the DME-560CT as well. Unzip and read the readme.txt file for instructions.
