Compaq PCI Serial Controller Driver. PCI Serial Controller in device manager on Compaq Prosignia 310 (possibly others) is actually Rockwell Modem. This is a SOFPAQ from Compaq's site. Double click to extract/install (during install, you may have to redirect install to the directory where files were extracted). Working great on 98 box... may work for 95 and 98SE as well.
