[FCCID=DK4TAI-27391-M5-E] This is an OEM modem manufactured by GVC. GVC doesn't seem to have any reference to this modem on their sites. Dell makes very confusing references to this, not unless you search for 'Titanium'. If you try to install this, it will not show Dimension 8100 as a supported system, not surprisingly. The Chipset is Conexant RH56D/SP-PCI R6795-11.
