Use this file AFTER installing the first driver (modisa007acus-w9x.exe) to bring the status of the modem up to X2 from 28.8/336. Then use the included file (7502725.exe) to upgrade the X2 modem to 56k V.90.

The original driver (modisa007acus-w9x.exe) must be installed first, then this driver (modisa007acus-x2-v90.exe), then the upgrade driver (7502725.exe) (if you desire to upgrade to v.90.
