Conextant Chip RH56D-PCI. Works on Windows 98SE and Windows ME. Just download to new folder. Unzip. Direct windows to that folder when 'new hardware found' comes up. If you have already installed modem and it is listed as 'OTHER' in device manager just click on 'update' drivers and direct windows to the 'new' folder where you unziped the files. ENJOY!!!
