1-doubleclick file, browse to floppy,
click unzip
2-in phone/modem options, modem tab
remove useless driver
3-click add and select 'don't detect modem..'
4-select have disk, Ok, next
5-select COM port, next
6-RESTART PC
WinXP will finalize install and
modem should work.
