Copied file to c \modem and unziped.
Had to do a scan for new hardware,
then tell it was not on list, then I
manualy told windows it was a modem
and told it where to look for
driver. It loaded fine, but make
sure you know where your mouse is,
you do not want to tell it the same
port. If it is com1 tell it com2.
