[FCCID=see comments] This works, modem was on a Packard Bell (club) computer, running WIN 98. the chip was a rockwell, had the following details, 11235-12 Rockwell 98 9914 B74658.8 Korea. to install 1) copy the file on to your hard drv. explode the exe file. 2) you will be prompted for a floppy, stick one in and let it do its business. 3) if you look on the floppy among others there will be a zip file file, extract it to the same folder in the hard drv. 4)now with the floppy in the the files in your folder on the hard drv., do a driver update or new hardware find for the modem and between these two places (hrd. drv. & floppy) you have all the files you need. GOOD LUCK. it worked for me. very RARE driver
