I used winzip to unzip the motorola.zip file, to directory C \
There is no need to create a folder, once unzipped, a Motorola folder is created with an SMSERIAL subfolder that contains the install file, 'SM56set'. Execute this file,
the install is pretty much automatic.
There are also important and informative readme files.
The driver also comes with a utility feature that loads into your system tray. I found it to be very useful.
