These divers ae working the modem on my comuter. DONT uninstall this modem/drivers from the Control Panel applet. I did, and ended up having to reinstall Windows to get the modem to be accepted again. To get these drivers to work, simply unzip them to a directory, then point the Modem setup prog to the dirctory.
If you get the message 'Cannot find file 'modem.cpl'', you will need to reinstall Windows.
