Found this driver on www.bestdata.com website (thx guys!) Tested it on Win2000Pro and works! It's the only driver I could find that works with this Conexant 56HP PCI V.92 Modem (listed under Win98 as 'SoftK56 Data Fax Voice Speakerphone CARP') in Win2000 after upgrading my pc to W2KPro from Win98 SE. I've uploaded the Win9x drivers to driverguide.com as well...
