when using the hardware wizard use the find it yourself option open the pctel folder ,open the drivers folder,then you want to click open the folder named '7.60ADriver'. The next screen you will see is a list of 4 possible modems. You want to click on HSP K56FLEX MODEM.And the rest is easy.
