I went here www.usr.com/support/product-code.asp to leran about id'ing my card. I then went here usr.com/support/s-main-menu.asp
and did a search on my product code. I read the links and found the one for drivers. I then searched for '661787' which found me the inf which allowed me to load the drivers for the modem.
Side Note Out of all the posts' I have read for this type of modem, I have found it sucks! To many different drivers for one flippin model number with many product id's.
