Even tho this driver was written for Windows 9x, I have tested it in Windows ME and it works great. It's for the Motorola SM56-PCI only (will not work for the ISA modems).
File is self extracting so just double-click it in Windows Explorer and accept the default unzip folder of C \SM56-PCI-W9x and click the UNZIP button. Files will be extracted to that folder. When prompted for drivers , point to this folder.
