I got this off the internet when serching for a driver for my modem althgouth it is a phoebe modem it has rockwell chip set there for this flash program upgrade my modem and now were i was getting connections of 40000 bps now they are 450000+ hope this help I was orginally from over seas but works. there may be an update since this was file data 98 I will check a repost if I find an update
