Went to www.modem-help.freeserve.co.uk/modident.html
Followed directions as to ID'ing my modem model....followed hyperlinks to updated driver...(at Zoltrix for mine)
NOTE I had to download with another computer and transfer to my machine to complete the upgrade.
Good Luck.... It took me 4 hours to complete
