Try this Unzip the file and make a copy of the driver onto a 1.4 floppy, Go to control panel, double click modems a remove the modem, shut down computer, reboot, it should auto-install the modem, if it finds the driver great...if not just point it to "have disk" and to the drive the floppy, with the new driver, is in
