Unzip the file to a temporary directory on your hard disk, let Windows autodetct the modem (or use Add New Hardware) and select Have Disk, pointing to the directory you have saved the unzipped file. Full details are in the readme.doc. Known limitations/bugs are in the file revhist.doc
This does not work apparently with Cyrix 6x86 processors, because of poor FPU performance
