Many different brand HCF modems work with these drivers as it is the same chipset. Install the drivers using Add New Hardware > Select from list > HCF Modem > Have Disk
Then update your old HCF MODEM driver in the device manager.
Original HP modem users who haven't got a driver installed can let windows fond it for them...then select the location of the Modem drivers on your floppy or hard drive.
