I tried a bunch of drivers fro the Intel Ham data fax voice 56K PCI modem I have until I found this one. Seems to be the only one that doesn't give me the 'New & Improved' BSOD in Win2K. Found it on 'Karl's Driver Page' 66.197.187.241.modems.htm
