[FCCID=ats-200 5634bts] the modem manufacturer is Archtek, and this driver is for an ArchTek 5634BTS Smartlink modem. the problem is there is no archtek name on the modem, but atech ats-200 is a component of this isa card. you can download the driver directly from
www.archtek.com/driver9598.html
works for all windows versions.
