It is the Aztec PC-99 Data/Fax/Voice modem (Athena) for modems sold in USA, Canada, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, China, and Brazil. This file provides drivers for people who have upgraded their OS to Windows 2000 Pro.
Download file into the C \directory (root) of the hard disk drive. From Windows click on the START button and select RUN from the start menu. Type in C \Ath_W2K.exe in the command line area and click OK. Follow the instructions included in the Readme file to install the updated drivers.
