This driver is for the DAA Module 3.0 V.90 modem that plugs into the PC Chips 748MR motherboard. There are many other PC Tel HSP56 MicroModem drivers out there, but this is the only one that I have found to work with this particular modem. Unzip to a directory after downloading and point to it when the Windows PnP form asks for drivers for the 'PCI Communications Device.' You may have to repeat the procedure several times as you reboot. Enjoy!
