OK, I compiled these drivers from HP's newest updated drivers (Chameleon Audio/Modem ComboCard Update - cham508.exe) However that update requieres you to have the drivers allready installed, which makes it real hard with a wiped HD. So I was able to extract the drivers from the update file and add the one file it was missing to allow you to use these drivers, (Genmidi.wsl) That file is why this download is so big. However these drivers WORK! It took me all day to get these and put them togeather so they work. But I did it so here you go, hope you have as much luck as I did.
