[FCCID=RIGTAI-25942-M5-E] This is a V.90 PCI Voice Mode mmade by Cambridge and has a Motorola chipset. The one I have is a generic. No markings on the box. Just unzip the file and click on the install icon. Should work. I had a posting and finally got this from Cambridge sales.
