[FCCID=4J2SNG-25080-M5-E] I had to install drivers,it wouldn't set it up on the right port! take the modem out of the computer and set it on the correct port,reinstall the modem in the computer,it worked for me!!! It took me 2 weeks to figure that out!!!!!
