It's simple, once clicked on it expands into the directory it is in unloading three individual drivers, one for the FM audio on the modem and the other two for the modem itself. Once expanded go into the control panel and select add device icon goi and add the modem manualy. find the directory in wich you expanded the file and double click on the ones wich are nesessary. After that your home free....
