[FCCID={4D36E96D-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}] This driver works with the 56K mini PCI Modem which is included in many Compaq Notebooks.
You can not install the driver directly by clicking 'update / reinstall driver' on the Communication device.
You must install a NEW Modem and then choose this driver. Then it will work under Win2000.
I was searching a long time for this driver -))
