I couldn't get this driver to work on Win 98, but I have successfully installed it in Win Me, 2000 Professional, XP Home, and XP Professional. Click the system icon in the control panel and go to the device manager and look at the modem properties. Update the driver from there and it should work. It did for me. Hope it works for you.
