[FCCID=BDNUSA-31886-M5-E] Modem Utilities Disk for the Rockwell chipset, K56flex and V.90, Dualmode internal faxmodems. Disk includes INF files for use with Windows 95/98/NT. This is a self-extracting file. Simply extract into a folder(remembering what you named it) and then when asked where to search(when installing the modem), direct the search to that folder. This one REALLY works! (at least it did for me!) Email me if you need more help installing.
