this driver works great with win me provided you enter the proper modem initialization string in control panel>modems>properties>advanced>extra settings. in my case i've set it to
at&fx1s10=250s30=250+ms=v34,1,9600,28800
please note that this will vary depending on the type of dial up connection you have. you can try the above but in most probabilities you will have to find the string most suited for your system seperately.
the driver is in a self extracting zip file. just extract to any folder but make sure you read the readme file included with the driver - it saves a lot of trouble !
