As well as the drivers for ES2820S chipset 33.6K & 56K, this zip also contains the modem driver uninstall utility so that you can upgrade their 33.6K firmware to 56K X2. It also has the drivers for Win-NT. Be SURE to run the Uninstall Utility BEFORE you upgrade the firmware to 56K X2 and follow all the other directions.
