This is the Windows 2000 driver for the Lucent-AMR modem used in IBM Thinkpad series computers. Un-zip the file to a temp folder. There is one .exe file...that is the driver. The remaining txt and html files are info and instructions on how to install the driver. Also the link to where this driver is located is in the url.txt file.
