Has RIGCHN I-200 34812-M5E near FCC stamp.
Has a small Cirrus Logic Chip and 2 Ambient Chips. Ambient bought CL's modem chips, then INTEL boughtout Ambient. INTEL modem site has other Ambient Chipset drivers. Look at your Ambient chip numbers
MD5650, MD5660, etc.
This is a HARDWARE modem (not a WINMODEM).
