This is a V.34 upgrade of the 33.6 Mwave Modem. Unzip this and you will have 4 files. Go to a Dos Prompt and Format 4 1.44Mg disks. Then go to the directory when you downloaded the file and type filename -d a It then will copy to the floppy disks. You must not have any previous drivers loaded for these drivers to work. I have also uploaded a 56k upgrade for the 33.6 modem but you must first install these drivers before it will work. (Also works with some Acer Mwave cards)
