[FCCID=4X2USA-40193-MD-T] Unzip file to a floppy disk. Go to safe mode and remove all unknown devices. Reboot and the OS will detect a PCI serial controller.Direct Windows to search for the driver in win 9x folder by using browse to find the folder on your A / drive. Windows will then install your modem.
