This is the EVER elusive AMR modem. I simply unzipped the file...and loaded it onto a floppy(it will take two disks but you only need the first one.) Start--settings--control panel--system-device manager-click on modem icon and hit properties...go to driver and click on update driver..and show source as floppy and it worked.
