[FCCID=DK4DF1156IVA2] I performed a query of the FCC ID number and it came up registered to GVC Corporation. I downloaded the driver and unzipped it. It will unzip to a folder on the root of C \. Then I launched the add hardware wizard. When it displayed the hardware found (modem) I selected 'display a list of all drivers in a specific loaction...' I pointed it to the folder on C and it displayed device as LT WIn Modem. Windows complained that the driver was not written specifically for the device, but I used it anyway. The modem installed fine and is working fine. If you don't feel comfortable, please don't use the driver. Good Luck.
