This modem is actually mfg by Shark Multimedia (www.sharkmm.com) and this self extracting archive will create 2 files need to me used in order to flash the modem and get it to work. It works great as others have stated.
If you still ahve problems, go to www.sharkmm.com and go to the modems section or copy this URL into your address and it will take you directly to the locations where you can get the drivers and download both files (www.sharkmm.com/tech/download/leopard56kDL.htm)...Hope this helps as it took me several days to locate...thx
