I should say Rockwell. It is for a amquest modem. I have since istalled it in a computer and sold it. I'm not sure of model. Amquest is out of business and found that getting the drivers is next to impossible. I hope this works for people. It also has a V.90 flash to upgrade to the V.90 standard. This works well to.
