Save it in C \, hit Start,Run,and type C \FX53Z1.EXE. It will create a write-protected directory \DESKTOP\MODEM\FX53Z1--when you insert the modem and Windows Auto-Detects it, this directory is the location for the drivers. The README wasn't much help, since it was in Japanese.
