[FCCID=doesn't exist] This driver is really hard to find. On the pcb it has 9835 KM1120001002. It has about 3 Cirrus Logic chips on it as well as two Winbound 14 pin IC's. The main chip is a CL-MD5650, which is what you see in more info modem diagnostics when checking the modem in Win95. This driver was found at www.ambient.com/pages/drivers.html#05
In case the download link on this doesn't take. Ambient is now making Cirrus Logic chips for their modems. This is a generic driver, but it worked for me.
