Even tho I had used the add hardware on my windows 98,I would go back to diagnoss the modem and windows did not detect it until I clicked Progams-BITWares-Cheyenne(?)-Modem-Auto Detect -5 minutes later I was ONLINE...hoped that helped not bored anyone.
