for Windows 95-2000, go to control panel, then go to system, then to device manager, then to other devices or modems. Click on the icon that says V1433VQH-U. Then click properties. Click reinstall driver. Click next. Check 'display a list of drivers.' Click next. Click on modem. Click 'have disk.' Find the file through 'have disk.' Dialogue Box.
