[FCCID=FJ2SNG-25073-W5-E] I had to delete any existing modem drivers.reboot, press F8 go into safe mode. Reload new driver. Shut down computar. Turn power off. Install new modem. Turn power back on. go to my computar. Go to modem. Make sure that I was in the same com port as the system. while at the modem file I clicked on diagnostic and the more info. The computar searched for the modem and the file will come up. Make sure you have dial tone and it's connected to your modem. !GOOD LUCK!
