Success! Installation works, and connect works too in Windows 2000.
I'm got it after an e-mail to Winbond. Nice service from them. Their notification was 'It is for Internet access only'. I'm happy - that's I need.
There are testing program too. You can controll connect with your ISDN-line (give only your number and press button).
